ENJOY LIFE WHILE TRAVELLING

There’s nothing more important than downloading a good series from Netflix to enjoy as you travel. Whether that’s a quick half hour at the airport, or a full blown binge on a long haul flight, we’re all partial to a spot of good telly. But with so much to choose from, where do your begin picking what to watch? Well, that’s where we come in. We’ve picked 5 of the hottest shows right now to satisfy any taste. So start downloading, and get watching.

The Good Place

What’s the Good Place, you ask? Simple. It’s heaven. And our heroine Eleanor has found herself there by accident, and is hoping no-one up there notices she’s actually a very bad person. This quirky after-life comedy has been a smash since it launched on Netflix, and there’s a brand new season airing now. So download the first two to binge on your flight, and Season 3 will be waiting when you get home.

Better Call Saul

Another Netflix hit with a brand new series currently coming out. Better Call Saul is a Breaking Bad prequel that explores the origins of everyone’s favourite sleazy lawyer, Saul Goodman. Although it turns out that before he was called Saul, his real name was Jimmy McGill. Driven by the same exceptional writing and production as its predecessor, Better Call Saul is gripping viewing. An absolute essential for a long haul flight.

BoJack Horseman

Now, stick with us. This is a cartoon about an anthropomorphic talking horse, who was a TV star back in the 90’s. Now he’s essentially a bitter, semi-functioning alcoholic struggling to cope with his every day life. We promise, BoJack Horseman is utterly hilarious, with some of the finest background puns you’ll ever see. But it’s also a profoundly moving meditation on depression, addiction and identity. And there’s a brand new season out now.

Love

In Love, Judd Apatow and Paul Rust have taken the fluff out of the rom-com. Get a witty dose of realism as we follow the guy and girl as they meet, fall in love, fall out and generally make a hash of the whole thing. Part of the appeal of this show – as well as the on-point script – is its down to earth take on everything. Like living in an expensive city, figuring out your career (still) in your 30s, and bumping into your ex. Get set for three great seasons of the good, the bad and the awkward.

Master of None

You’ll probably have heard of this runaway smash hit. And if you loved Parks and Recreation but haven’t seen Master of None yet, make sure you buckle in for the laughs on your next flight. In the show we meet Dev, a 30-year old actor making his way in New York City. Follow Dev’s various romantic exploits, meet his parents (plated by creator and star Aziz Ansari’s real-life parents) and ride a wave of razor-sharp dialogue across two binge-ready seasons.

Staying charged up and tuned in

Of course if you really want to get the most out of your chosen Netflix series then you’ll want to get your hands on the best electrical accessories. Good quality headphones to keep out background noise and amplify the on-screen drama, and a portable charger to make sure you don’t miss a moment. We’ve got you covered with Marshal MID Active Noise Cancelling Headphones, offering up to 20 hours of wireless playtime while actively cancelling background noise. Pair those with the Powerstation Mini Juice Brance Mophie, which lets your charge anywhere on the go. Plug it into the mains and this little marvel will enable priority charging – first your device, and then itself. The perfect way to keep yourself entertained anywhere in the world.
