A look back at a culinary celebration in Athens
The Head Chef of Athens restaurant Aleria*,Mr. Gikas Xenakis, was the honoured guess of the brand new All Greek to Me store at Athens International Airport. And he brought with him delicious “kerasma”, the Greek term for treats.
Over a week of gastronomic delight in September, Mr. Xenakis demonstrated his unique cooking skills and talents by preparing Greek delicacies using products exclusively available at the All Greek to Me Store.
He offered passengers special traditional treats using ingredients like eggplants, sardines, pezyme sauce, greek sausages, yoghurt, and figs.
All of these items were supplied by the finest Greek producers, so travellers could enjoy a true taste of the treasure of Greece and its cuisine.
