We are thrilled to announce the launch of our brand new next-generation Duty Free Store at Heathrow Terminal Three. Combining the latest digital technology with our extensive range of exclusive luxury brands, we’re bringing you the most personal and immersive shopping experience to date.
Having opened New Generation stores in Madrid, Melbourne, Cancun and Zurich, we are so excited to bring one to London – the first of its kind in the UK.
Our New Generation Store will be able to talk to you in your own language, with messaging that's relevant to your needs. And extensive screens throughout the space mean you can get more information about the products that interest you in less time than ever.
Let us tell you what you can expect when, not if, you visit.
When you arrive the first thing you’ll see is the beauty and liquor category. In the Beauty Hall we have interactive screens that will let you experiment with different looks right there and then. Plus Dior has set up their Maison Christian Dior concept right in the store – the first one to exist in a travel retail space worldwide.
We’ve also created a sumptuous Skincare Zone, where you can get a personal consultation with a specialist and even receive treatments before you fly. Getting yourself relaxed and radiant before travelling has never been so easy.
Our liquor area has now been grouped into collections, so you can find your perfect tipple with greater ease. And at the very heart of it is a brand new Destination Tasting Bar. We’re sure you can imagine what you’ll be doing there. So stop by, and try before you buy. Who knows, maybe you’ll find a new favourite drink to enjoy on those sunset evenings abroad.
And that’s not everything.
There’s a new luxury area with a focus on the most stylish sunglasses on the planet, before your trip will conclude with a trip through our confectionary corner – where we have a special emphasis on premium British brands and a playful area for more youthful brands like M&Ms.
