My job as a model and blogger takes me all over the world to beautiful destinations. I spend a lot of my time at the airport during my travels. On this occasion, I was travelling to Los Angeles and arrived very early at Zurich Airport Kloten. I had 2 hours of spare time before taking off to LA giving me the opportunity to explore the duty free area and I was amazed.

Most people rush through the duty-free not realizing the many things that are on offer. It starts off with shops like Hermès, Bulgari and Burberry for instance, among many other shops in the duty free area, where I was nicely advised by a friendly shop assistant called Milanka to choose the right perfume as a gift for a friend.

If you have the opportunity to spend more time at the duty free, you can enjoy a hand massage at the Jo Malone London department where you can test the products and enjoy a little spa feeling. Imagine starting off your travels by feeling totally relaxed. Well that’s how I felt. I also freshened up my make-up by La Mer because - to be honest - I normally don't really pay a lot of attention to my looks while travelling.

You can buy a range of luxury products exclusively at the airport. Something that really caught my eye was the internet service Reserve and Collect that enables people to order in advance and collect when traveling, this is certainly something that I will try in the future. In a few easy steps you can simply enjoy browsing through the catalogue and pick up your order before your flight leaves.

I am very happy to have had all of these lovely experiences at Zurich Airport, meeting such helpful and nice people and strolling through shops. Thanks to this experience, I will definitely plan more time at the duty free in the future so that I can travel stress free.
