The oil-in-water formula is enriched with natural-origin hibiscus extract which gives the lacquer its plumping effect, and hyaluronic acid to hydrate and soften skin. Step 1. Gently exfoliate your lips with Dior Lip Sugar Scrub. The small grains of sugar will buff away any dead and flakey skin from the surface of your lips. Apply the scrub straight from the bullet and smash your lips together to distribute the product. Remove the excess with a single ply of tissue.
Step 2. For an intense and precise finish, outline your lips with Dior Lip Contour pencil in a shade that matches your chosen Lacquer. Then, completely fill in your entire lip area with the pencil to create a base for your colour.
