The Inspiration behind Elizabeth Arden's new fragrance
These are some of the experiences that inspired perfumer Clement Gavarry to create 5th Avenue NYC RED, the perfect fragrance to flow at the same rhythm as the city’s heart.
Clement Gavarry talks about the inspiration process, specifically his desire to capture the much coveted magnetic energy of passionate New Yorkers. The perfumer utilised ingredients bursting with NYC’s contagious vitality, together with a ‘red’ quality.
Passionate, electric and vibrant are some of the words that define this perfume. Top notes include red apple, bergamot, pink pepper, white freesia, and red currant. Middle notes highlight Jasmine sambac, violet, orange blossom, and red dahlia. Base notes feature Kashmir wood, tonka, ruby amber, sandalwood, and musk.
All passengers travelling through duty free will be seduced by the elegant shape of the perfume bottle, and the colour red that evokes the neon lights of the city that never sleeps. Discover Elizabeth Arden’s 5th Avenue NYC RED, now exclusively available in duty free stores at the airport.
