GINRAW is made using a unique distillation process that combines the traditional method that uses copper stills with the latest techniques for low-temperature distillation using Rotaval®. When combined with juniper in the correct proportions, the botanicals in GINRAW produce an unequalled flavour and aroma.
GINRAW has been conceived for discerning palates, allowing for exploration of all its nuances when drinking it neat or on the rocks, in a G&T, enhancing its freshness, or as the basis for the most creative cocktails. It has also been developed so that its richness of aromas and flavours is a perfect complement for gourmet pairings and sophisticated culinary creations.
GINRAW is crafted in small batches of 5,000 bottles, each individually numbered, making each bottle a unique and exclusive product.
