This bright and fresh Strawberry & Pink Peppercorn gin is handcrafted at our distillery in Edinburgh. A blend of traditional gin botanicals is mixed with fresh strawberries and pink peppercorns to create a delightful combination of jammy, full strawberry sweetness, perfectly blended with a tastebud tingling pepper hit.
This new gin offers something innovative and new our Edinburgh Gin, complementing the impressive existing flavour range.
TASTING NOTES:
A punchy combination of sweet and savoury thatstimulates the senses; on the nose, there is a sweet burst offresh strawberry with subtle floral peppery notes, jammystrawberries followed by a warming heat on the palate,balanced with a warm and silky finish.

“One of our favourite and much-loved flavour combinations is Strawberry & Pink Peppercorn so we're so excited to develop this as a full-strength flavoured gin. We have combined the trinity of classic gin botanicals; juniper, coriander and angelica and then filled the still to the brim with strawberry and pink peppercorns to give a lovely, jammy strawberry aroma, balanced perfectly with the floral warmth of the pink peppercorn.These flavours are heightened even further with the addition of liquorice root for additional sweetness and fresh lemon peel to enhance the strawberry flavour.
